Dispatch item (s) back for refund within: 14 days
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Commissions
Cancellation of Commission -Request a cancellation of commission within: 7 days from deposit paid. Any deposit paid in this instance will be fully refundable. After this time, deposits are non refundable.
We will always work with you to your specifications you have given us, but if for any reason you cancel your commission once work has started materials and labour is used, your deposit will not be refundable.
Unique, one off commissions will pay a larger deposit for this reason.
Cancellation of Pottery Class
Request a cancellation of Pottery Class within: 2 days of purchase or may be subject to 50% of purchase fee.

Made to order items – Most of my items are made to order and take at least 3 weeks to make. Larger bespoke items can take up to 6 weeks to make mainly due to the drying process!
Other Important Information
It is a rate occurrence, but please be aware that sometimes clay fired items can crack or break in the kiln. We try to control for these events but it is not always possible. It is the charm but also the frustration of working with ceramics!
